Small Works and Vendor Roster

The Asotin County Rural Library District (Library) is accepting applications from contractors wishing to be approved for listing upon the Library Small Works Roster and vendors wishing to be approved for listing upon the Library Equipment and Material Supply Roster.

All applications shall be submitted on the Library provided application forms. 

Application forms can be downloaded or obtained from the Asotin County Library at 417 Sycamore Street, Clarkston, Washington 99403-0605. Applications are also available by email to jashby@aclib.org, written request, or by calling (509) 758-5454.

Completed applications may be returned by email to jashby@aclib.org or delivered to Asotin County Library. 

Contractors wishing to be approved for listing must be properly registered and licensed as a general or specialty contractor per RCW 18.27, to perform work in the State of Washington.  Contractors whose names appear on the roster may submit job proposals for contracts with an estimated cost of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) or less. (RCW 54.04.070 & 39.04.155). 

Small Works Application

Vendors whose name appears on the roster may submit quotations for vehicles, equipment and material supply in an amount exceeding thirty thousand and not to exceed one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($30,000 - $120,000) (RCW 54.04.082).
