The library offers three (3) meeting rooms for public use. The Community Room (capacity 40 people) and Conference Room (capacity 10 people) are located in the Library. The Annex (capacity 25 people) is a separate building located next door to the Downtown Library branch.
To schedule and reserve a room select one of the buttons below to make a meeting room request online. If you are not able to book online or have questions, please contact the Library at 509-758-5454.
Please note you must agree to our Meeting Room Policy and Meeting Room Reservation Agreement to make a request. Our staff will review your request and contact you about the status.
Rooms may not be reserved more than six (6) weeks in advance, may not be used for commercial purposes, and although a group is not required to announce open attendance, it may not exclude any member of the public.
