This book was the first I've read by this author but I really enjoyed it. I hadn't heard of this author or any of her books before so it was fun discovering a book I wouldn't have normally picked up. The beginning was a little heavy with the fantasy world building but after you settle into the world and meet all the characters it is such a fun time. All the twists and turns that you don't see coming made it a very entertaining and fun read.
