The library offers three (3) meeting rooms for public use. The Community Room (capacity 40 people) and Conference Room (capacity 10 people) are located in the Library. The Annex (capacity 25 people) is a separate building located next door to the Downtown Library branch.
To schedule and reserve a room:
- Check availability by contacting the Library at 509-758-5454 or email yourlibrary@aclib.org. If available, library staff will temporarily reserve a room for you or your group.
- Complete and confirm your reservation within three (3) business days by reading the Meeting Room Policy and submitting the online Meeting Room Reservation Agreement. You may visit the library to complete the paper form.
Please note that submitting a Meeting Room Reservation Agreement without contacting the Library regarding availability will not guarantee a reservation for the time requested.
Rooms may not be reserved more than six (6) weeks in advance, may not be used for commercial purposes, and although a group is not required to announce open attendance, it may not exclude any member of the public.
