Explore the history of our area by doing the Asotin County Heritage Online Treasure Hunt.  This extensive collection contains photos and documents dating back to the late 1800s.  Learn how Asotin County became a fertile fruit-growing area by looking at the collection of photographs by Asahel Curtis and reading the Lewiston-Clarkston Improvement Company booklet that documents how water was piped from Asotin Creek to provide irrigation. The irrigation system played a major role in the development of our county. To see the Treasure Hunt, click here.
